I have had the pleasure to use Nick Alati, of Alati’s Inspection Services to carry out two building inspections around the Phoenix region for me. I live in Australia and feel I know the properties he has inspected, better than Australian properties I have physically inspected in my own country.
He is prompt, responsive and detailed. I have dealt with a number of good building inspectors in Australia, but Nick’s detail, speed and presentation makes them all look second rate.
I cannot highly recommend enough Alati’s Inspection Service, for any building inspections you may have, as any future work I have will be done by Nick.
